SNI Technology’s top client is seeking to hire a talented Field/Printer Technician for an exciting full-time, permanent opportunity! This is an onsite/traveling role in the Boston, MA area.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Field/Printer Technician will trouble shoot and resolve printer hardware equipment problems
TECHNICAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES
Experience in servicing Canon printers/copiers
Service printer/copier products with minimum assistance Troubleshoot basic printing issues, able to determine printer vs network issues. Able to install scanning and equipment in a peer-to-peer environment.
Customer Service oriented
Must have Valid Driver’s License and Reliable transportation
COMPENSATION & BENEFIT6
The compensation for this position is in the range of $55k-$66k annually + other perks and great benefits for this direct-hire opportunity.
