The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support our operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new skills. Responsibilities Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment. Operate hand tools and power tools as needed for various tasks. Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials. Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects on time. Conduct basic equipment maintenance and report any issues or malfunctions. Utilize an Ohmmeter for testing electrical components when required. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Requirements Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with using an Ohmmeter is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration. Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments. Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to completing assigned tasks efficiently.
