In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment in various settings, including commercial facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Install and configure equipment at customer sites according to specifications. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Read and interpret schematics to diagnose issues effectively. Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical testing and diagnostics. Work with low voltage systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery. Qualifications Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for effective communication with clients and team members. Experience working in a manufacturing facility is preferred. Familiarity with schematics and electrical systems is highly desirable. Previous experience in field service roles is an advantage. Ability to fabricate components as necessary for repairs or installations. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Willingness to travel to various job sites as required.
