Advantage Business Systems currently has an opening for a Technology Service Technician based in the Jackson, Mississippi area. Standard working hours are Monday-Friday 8-5. Being locally owned and operated makes a positive difference for employees, customers, and our community. Service, sales, marketing, parts, supplies, human resources, and administration are all coordinated locally from our Jackson offices. We are friendly, helpful, and serve our communities with our globally recognized top brands of technology. Technicians service and support office technology products including mailing systems, shipping systems, folders, inserters, envelope openers, tracking systems, copiers, multifunction devices, printers, wide format systems, and production printing equipment. Mechanical aptitude is essential for troubleshooting. Communication skills are a must for daily customer interactions. Extra effort is expected as we work together to provide the finest customer service and technology support available.
