Field Technician Ensz & Sons Gutters 2228 West Lindsey Ferry Road, Columbus, MS 39701 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various gutter and drainage systems. This role requires a strong aptitude for customer service, and excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or with team members in the field. As a Field Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service and support. Duties Install and gutters and awnings, clean gutter and awnings, basic construction repairs to fascia. Conduct routine maintenance checks on gutters to ensure optimal performance.. Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to perform installations and repairs. Communicate effectively with clients via telephone to provide updates on service status and resolve any inquiries. Document all service activities accurately in compliance with company standards. Collaborate with team members to improve service installation processes. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools effectively. Familiarity with hand tools and gutter/awning installations. Experience working on ladders. Basic construction skills to assist in repair related issues. Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions.
