Xylem is looking for a Field Service Technician to report to our Hamilton, MS location and service our water treatment equipment.
What your day will look like as a Field Service Technician The Field Service Technician will be responsible for the on-site operation, service, and maintenance of our wastewater treatment equipment. Equipment specific training will be provided. Willing to train the right person, but previous experience working in an industrial environment is especially encouraged.
This position operates on a swing shift either 7AM-7PM or 7PM-7AM, either every Sun-Tue or Thursday-Saturday and every other Wednesday with overtime opportunities and a compensated on-call rotation with occasional afternoons/weekends.

Position Requirements for Field Service Technicians HS diploma or equivalent
One year of work experience preferred
0-2 years technical experience preferred- industrial or commercial process water experience a plus
Experience with Microsoft office, including the ability to utilize smart devices
Ability to work in a high customer facing position
Ability to identify and remedy potential safety concerns
Ability to pass a background check, MVR, and drug screen
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
