The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing high-quality service.

Responsibilities Include:

Install, inspect, and maintain equipment according to specifications and safety standards Diagnose technical problems and determine proper solutions in a timely manner Perform scheduled and emergency repairs on-site or remotely Document service reports, including repairs made and parts used Provide customer training and support on equipment operation and maintenance Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, customer support) to resolve issues Maintain tools, parts, and service vehicle in good working condition Stay up to date with new technologies and service procedures

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

High school diploma or equivalent (technical or vocational training preferred) 1-3 years of experience in a technical service, maintenance, or repair role Strong mechanical or electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments (indoors/outdoors)

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift and carry up to 50lbs. Frequently kneel, stand, and bend.

Pre-Employment Screening:

Ability to successfully pass job-related pre-employment screenings to include a criminal background check and drug test.

Driving:

Driving on a regular basis on behalf of the company is an essential function of this role. A valid driver’s license and save driving history is required.
