CBG Draft Services is on a mission to help bars and restaurants serve the freshest beer possible. We install, repair, and maintain top-quality draft beer systems—and we’re looking for a service-minded technician to join our Arden based team.

What You’ll Do:

This is a field role perfect for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and being on the move. You’ll learn the ins and outs of beverage systems while supporting installs, completing repairs, and helping customers get their draft systems pouring perfectly.

Daily tasks include:

Diagnose and repair draft beer system components (coolers, lines, towers, etc.) Assist with new system installations and testing Use service software (we’ll train you) to track jobs and communicate Keep tools, equipment, and your vehicle in excellent condition Communicate clearly with both customers and our internal team

What We’re Looking For:

Customer service experience (bars and restuarants is perfect) A basic understanding of plumbing, carpentry, or electrical work is a plus but not required Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Willing to learn, take feedback, and grow your skills No experience in beer systems? No problem. If you’re mechanically inclined and eager to learn, we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
