FUNCTION

The efficient, functional, safe, and cost-effective installation of dish machine and dispensing equipment at the customer’s sites and providing operational support to the branch operations in many areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Job Description:

The Installation/Utility Technician position is one of our initial representations with our new and current customers. You will be responsible for proper installation of our dish machines, laundry dispensers, chemical dispensers, educating our customers on proper use and operation, and ensuring customer satisfaction—by responding to questions and actively seeking out solutions. Installation of equipment may require working non-regular hours. Warehouse responsibilities will be to maintain chemical, parts, and equipment inventories. Working a few route days and be available to run vacation routes. In addition, ensure proper housekeeping of the warehouse for safety and organization. You will also be required to participate in the branch emergency call rotation.
