$16.00•$18.00 per hour (Based on experience; performance review after 90 days)

Schedule:

Monday•Friday, 8:00 AM•5:00 PM (Flexible for emergency and on-call shifts)

Job Summary:

A restoration company based in Asheville is seeking a dependable and motivated Restoration Technician to join their growing team. In this physically active, hands-on role, you’ll assist customers with water damage restoration, using tools and equipment provided and receiving full training to ensure success in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to residential and commercial water damage jobs, including after-hours emergency calls as needed Use power tools and read tape measures accurately for restoration tasks Clean, maintain, and restock restoration equipment and company vehicles Provide professional and courteous service to customers on-site Complete all required job documentation clearly and on time Follow team instructions, complete training, and contribute to a team-oriented work environment Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED Valid NC driver’s license with a clean driving record Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen; bondable Strong work ethic with a positive attitude Good communication skills and attention to detail Self-motivated and eager to learn; able to follow instructions #INDI
