Summary We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at C&M Baling Systems, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing our baling systems at customer sites. Your expertise will ensure the optimal performance of our products while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Install and configure baling systems at various customer locations. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to ensure optimal operation. Repair mechanical and electrical components as needed to minimize downtime. Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment usage and maintenance. Document service activities accurately for reporting purposes. Collaborate with the engineering team to address any design or operational issues. Requirements Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems. Experience with welding techniques, including stick welding, is essential. Familiarity with industrial electrical systems is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
