• Job Summary:

• As an Oxi Fresh Field Service Technician, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional carpet and upholstery cleaning services to our residential and commercial clients.

You will utilize our unique cleaning process and eco-friendly products to deliver outstanding results. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a passion for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in our clients’ spaces.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality carpet, upholstery, and tile cleaning services in accordance with Oxi Fresh standards.

Use state-of-the-art equipment and eco-friendly cleaning solutions to ensure effective and safe cleaning. Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients, assessing their needs, and addressing any questions or concerns. Drive company vehicle to job sites, ensuring the safe and timely arrival. Maintain and manage equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to guarantee a safe working environment. Upsell additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction and promote business growth. Collect payments and handle financial transactions accurately. Keep accurate records of services performed, customer interactions, and any follow-up actions required. Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

• Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in cleaning or facilities management is a plus.

Previous experience in carpet cleaning, custodial services, or a related field preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing an exceptional client experience. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Basic mechanical skills to troubleshoot and maintain cleaning equipment. Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting heavy equipment and being on your feet for extended periods. Must be willing to undergo background checks and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
