Field Service Technician – II hardens heavyequipment services inc 102 Sams Way, Statesville, NC 28625 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment at customer locations. You will work closely with clients to ensure their systems are functioning optimally and provide exceptional service that meets their needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Install and configure equipment at customer sites according to specifications. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on various systems. Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter to diagnose electrical issues effectively. Respond promptly to service requests and resolve technical problems in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used during repairs. Provide training and support to customers on equipment operation and maintenance. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery processes. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus. Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, including an ohmmeter. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field. Willingness to travel as needed for service calls.
