SERVICE TECHNICIANS CAN BE AT THESITE FOR 3-4 MONTHS AT A TIME WHICH THEY MUST BE OKAY WITH-ABILITYTO TRAVEL HOME EVERY WEEKEND
Job Details Install, Commission,Operate, Repair, and Run Tests on Variety of Equipment in the fieldMechanical and Electrical Maintenance and Repair Reviewsperformance reports and documentation from customers, and inspectsmalfunctioning or damaged product to determine the nature and scopeof the problem Analyzes review and inspection findings to determinethe source of the problem, and recommends repair, replacement, orother corrective action Coordinates problem resolution withengineering, customer service, and other personnel to expediterepairs Provides phone and on-site technical assistance to helptroubleshoot and repair equipment Analyzes reports of technicalproblems to determine trends affecting future design, production,service, and maintenance processes, and recommends modifications toeliminate future problems Provides a communication link between thecustomer and the company to help ensure that effective service isprovided to the customer Develops and conducts training on the safeoperations of the equipment and demonstrates skills to operatorsand maintenance staff Interested in hearing more?
