We provide point of use purified water & ice units for companies to their employees. A Field Service Technicians responsibilities include installation of water/ice units, testing the quality of the drinking water, changing water filters based on the testing, cleaning and sanitizing the water machines and completing in field service calls. Essential Functions Responsible for troubleshooting product for required repairs Routinely change water filters, clean and sanitize water tanks, change UV bulbs and clear water lines Visually inspect for leaks and malfunctions Installation of unit(s) Perform service agreement tasks and other job-related duties as assigned Responsible for following company and customer safety policies and procedures Maintain and comply with company vehicle maintenance policy and procedures Technician will have strong technical and mechanical aptitude Technician will have familiarity with basic tools and maintain ability to transport both equipment and tools to customer sites Regular and reliable attendance Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers Requirements Must be able to take instruction and follow it fully Good organizational and time management skills Ability to lift heavy objects (approx. 125lbs at times) Must have a valid driver’s license. (with a good record in order to be able to go on the company insurance) Must be able to communicate with customers in a professional manner Must have reliable transportation to and from work daily No prior experience needed. Fully paid training upon employment.
