In this role, you will be responsible for restoring properties affected by water, fire, or mold damage. You will play a crucial part in helping clients recover from unfortunate events by utilizing your expertise in the restoration industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Duties Assess and evaluate damage to properties, including water damage, fire damage, and mold growth. Develop and implement restoration plans in accordance with industry standards and best practices. Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Respond to work orders in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency. Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification to minimize further damage. Remove and dispose of damaged materials, such as carpet, drywall, and insulation. Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks. Clean and sanitize affected areas to prevent the spread of mold and bacteria. Repair and restore damaged structures, including flooring, walls, and ceilings. Document work performed and maintained accurate records of restoration projects. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with team members and customers. Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding environments. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Valid driver’s license. IICRC certification in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Structural Drying preferred.
