. Looking for experienced HVAC Service Technicians who want to join an excellent team. This position is a year round position with minimal down times. We believe in honesty and treating our customers and employees like family!
Responsibilities :
Provided excellent customer service, perform routine preventive maintenance, diagnose/troubleshoot systems, repair, install parts, coordinate with office on sales opportunities for system replacement, recommend improvements to increase efficiency and comfort, maintain clean company vehicle inside and out, invoices to be filled in detail, communicate with dispatch on part ordering or follow ups needed, attend weekly meetings, etc.
Requirements :
At least 5+ years experience as a service technician, valid drivers license, able to pass drug test and have a good driving record, excellent communication skills, Must be able to work independently, Assure quality with all aspects of the job, Good analytical skills and attention to details, maintain clean and groomed appearance, able to lift 50 lbs, able to climb ladders, crawl, push and pull.
