Company Vehicle Provided Duties Include :
Maintain and repair copiers & printers at various customer locations Troubleshoot/diagnose digital copier/printer problems in a connected environment Interact with customers to determine service needs on equipment & ensure overall customer satisfaction with the service performed Install all manufacturer-mandated equipment modifications & updates on assigned equipment Maintain & manage parts inventory
Additional Qualifications Include :
A strong work ethic is required Excellent customer service skills required Professional & well-groomed Ability to work independently Computer networking experience is a plus, but not required Mechanical background a plus, but not required
- must have a strong mechanical aptitude A high level of analytical ability to identify solutions to human, technical, or administrative issues A High School diploma is required Returning military vets with electronic or mechanical experience are highly recommended and encouraged to apply
