Job Duties:

Create and maintain a safe working environment while promoting a strong safety culture within the organization. Protect and take care of company property and assets. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring optimal equipment functionality. Identify and correct safety hazards in both company-owned and customer-owned equipment. Serve as the first line of technical service support, directly interfacing with customers. Provide on-site service across multiple customer locations involving various technologies. Operate a boom truck safely (site will provide training if necessary). Maintain high service utilization and take full accountability for the operation and repair of assigned systems. Deliver high-quality customer service and technical assistance to clients. Utilize Microsoft Office tools and smart devices effectively in daily operations. Operate company vehicles and comply with all driving requirements, including road tests, documentation, and safety compliance.

Job Requirements:

Must have a High School Diploma or GED Must have strong troubleshooting abilities with mechanical and electrical systems, along with critical thinking and customer service skills. Must have technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and smart devices, and the ability to operate and maintain complex equipment (e.g., boom truck). Must have a valid driver’s license with eligibility to meet DOT, TWIC, and company driving requirements.

Travel requirement:

•Need local people, only within 20 miles on Wilmington, NC, 28401
