Duration :

6 months (with potential for full-time conversion)

Shift :

1st shift, starting at 7:30 AM Pay rate: $25-28.00/hr

Key Responsibilities :

Perform on-site service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical equipment. Ensure safety protocols are followed; maintain a safe work environment. Direct interaction with customers at various sites; strong customer service skills required. Will be trained to operate a boom truck. May be required to travel (occasional trips to Charlotte); personal transportation needed.

Training :

Initial 2-week training in Charlotte; travel expenses covered.

Requirements :

Education :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience :

3-5 years in a technical role; wastewater experience preferred.

Skills :

Technical troubleshooting and critical thinking. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and smart devices. Valid driver’s license and ability to meet DOT driving requirements. Able to obtain TWIC and DOT medical card.

Physical Requirements :

Lift/carry up to 30 lbs. Work in varying conditions (indoor/outdoor, heat/cold, noise). Must be physically active (standing, walking, bending, climbing stairs).
