Job Description Responsibilities :

Inspect and assess water-damaged properties. Extract water using specialized equipment like pumps and vacuums. Set up drying and dehumidifying equipment to restore affected areas. Perform mold remediation and sanitize affected spaces. Repair or replace damaged materials such as drywall and flooring. Document restoration processes and communicate with clients or insurance adjusters. Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.

Qualifications Skills :

Knowledge of water damage restoration techniques and equipment. Basic carpentry, drywall repair, and construction skills. Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities. Ability to work in wet and damp environments and lift heavy objects.

Certifications :

Certification from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC) is often preferred.

Experience :
