Marshville, NC 28103 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Water Technician to join our restoration team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration industry, particularly in areas such as water damage restoration, mold remediation, and fire restoration. This role involves responding to emergency situations, assessing damage, and executing effective restoration strategies to restore properties to their pre-damage condition. Duties Respond promptly to water damage emergencies and assess the extent of damage. Perform water extraction and drying processes using specialized equipment. Conduct mold remediation and ensure safe removal of contaminated materials. Implement fire restoration techniques to restore affected areas. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the restoration process. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results. Skills Experience in water damage restoration, including techniques for drying and dehumidification. Knowledge of mold remediation practices and safety protocols. Familiarity with fire restoration processes and equipment. Ability to use power tools safely and effectively for various tasks. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in emergency situations. A background in asbestos abatement is a plus but not required. IICRC WTR

Certification Minimum of 3 years of water mitigation experience Must be willing to do On-Call rotation Must be able to work in confined spaces (crawlspaces, attics) Must be able to lift 50lbs
