Our Fuquay Varina office is looking for motivated, reliable individuals to join our growing team. No prior restoration experience is needed — we’ll train you from the ground up. Position Overview This entry-level position is ideal for someone who wants to learn the property restoration industry hands-on. You’ll begin as a technician and, if you’re a good fit, have the opportunity to grow through the business. What You’ll Do Water extraction and structural drying Mold remediation and fire/smoke cleanup Jobsite demolition and debris removal Setting up containment and monitoring remediation equipment Assisting with estimates and learning project documentation Equipment handling and cleanup What We’re Looking For Valid Driver’s License (and insurable driving record) Able to lift 30 lbs. overhead High School Diploma or GED Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Clean criminal background Handy with tools or construction experience (a plus, not required) Can reliably commute to our Fuquay Varina office Why Join Us?

Compensation Starting Pay:

$16.00 – $18.00/hour based on experience Performance-based raises and spiking bonuses available in advanced roles
