Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:
- PLC Programming
: - Develop, test, and implement PLC programs for various automation systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PLC hardware and software.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their automation needs and provide customized solutions.
- Robot Programming
: - Program and configure industrial robots for various applications.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of robotic systems.
- Train clients on the operation and maintenance of robotic equipment.

Mechanical Installation & Maintenance:
- Install, maintain, and repair mechanical components of automated systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical faults in a timely manner.

Electrical Installation & Maintenance:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical components of automated systems.
- Perform electrical troubleshooting and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Assist in the design and implementation of electrical control systems.

Client Interaction and Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during installation and maintenance projects.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Document and report on service activities, including issues resolved and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in PLC Programming and Robot Programming
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical installation and maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel within Costa Rica as required.
