You’ll be working both independently and as part of a small team—handling everything from textile restoration to client relationships and job coordination. Key Responsibilities:

Hands-on textile pack-outs (fire, water damaged items) from customers’ homes Delivery of restored items back to customer’s house Coordinating jobs from start to finish – including quoting, scheduling, and communication Liaising with customers, assessors, and insurance companies Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, assessors, and insurance companies Maintaining a high level of organization and self-management in daily tasks Supporting growth through excellent service and relationship building

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent self-management and time coordination skills Confident communicator with great customer service instincts Physical ability to handle pack outs (removing clothing from affected houses) Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of outcomes Reliable, detail-oriented, and practical Current driver’s license (essential) Experience in restoration, dry cleaning, or insurance work is a bonus – but not required Why Join Us?
