The ideal candidate will have experience in fire restoration, mold remediation, and water damage restoration. This role involves working with various tools and equipment to restore properties affected by disasters. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team are essential for success in this position. Duties Perform water/fire restoration tasks including assessment and cleanup of affected areas. Conduct mold remediation processes to ensure safe and effective removal of mold from properties. Execute water damage restoration efforts, including extraction, drying, and repair of structures. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various restoration tasks. Clean carpets and other surfaces as part of the restoration process. Assist with asbestos abatement when necessary, following all safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety regulations at all times. Qualifications Experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with fire restoration, mold remediation, water damage restoration, and asbestos abatement is a plus. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with restoration work. A valid driver’s license may be required for transportation to job sites.
