Territory:
Southern NH, Northern MA Applicants for this role should possess experience in both residential and commercial construction, enabling them to effectively communicate the mitigation and repairs process to potential clients in the field on a daily basis. The primary responsibilities include water | mold | storm | fire/smoke mitigation and remediation for residential/commercial properties while delivering exceptional customer service. Ensuring proper documentation that will be submitted to the estimator for approval. This construction-related position involves a rotating “on-call/emergency response” requirement. This position will start as part-time and move to full-time.
- Visit new assignments/jobs, interface with the customer.
- Scope the damages, perform mitigation/remediation/construction services, provide documentation (high attention to detail) to the estimator for approval.
- Develop moisture mapping and create drying-log.
- Be capable of carrying heavy loads of debris, damaged materials, and equipment from the property.
Qualifications:
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Be ready, willing, and be available for after hours work when needed.
- Be able to work unsupervised.
- Have a great attitude, be trustworthy, be dependable, and have a pleasant personality.
- Mitigation, remediation, construction experience.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and driving record check.
