00/hour DOE Sapphire Recruitment is seeking a Field Service Technician to support retail clients across New Hampshire. This is a full-time, field-based role servicing locally owned grocery stores and gas stations, focused on POS (Point of Sale) hardware and basic networking. A company vehicle is provided, and you can be based anywhere in the state.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel to customer sites for installation, troubleshooting, and repair of POS systems Diagnose and resolve hardware issues; replace PC components and peripherals Provide excellent face-to-face customer service Conduct courtesy visits when not responding to service calls Participate in an on-call rotation (typically once per month), with premium pay for after-hours work Maintain vehicle and manage onsite inventory

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8 AM

• 5 PM On-call evenings and weekends (rotational)

What We’re Looking For:

Mechanical aptitude; experience with power tools and basic hardware repairs Strong communication and customer service skills Valid driver’s license Familiarity with computer components or building PCs is a plus Telecom, help desk, or other tech support experience strongly preferred Someone reliable and looking to grow with the company long-term
