This Full-Time position is based in Dover, NH and includes regional travel. You’ll be responsible for completing preventative maintenance on customer equipment, performing break/fix work, tune-ups, installation, and repair of industrial heavy mailing equipment primarily located in print shops throughout Massachusetts and the surrounding areas. Company provided vehicle and tools. Some of the equipment being worked includes machines manufactured by Formax, Kirk-Rudy, Mailcrafter, Bell and Howell, Bunn, Fellins, Mosca, Postmatic, and Samuel. We are willing to provide on the job training if you have the basic skills listed below. What you bring to the table: Valid driver’s license with a good driving record Mechanical and electrical experience required Experience with repairing large mailing equipment is a plus Ability to read and understand service and parts manuals Strong verbal communication and basic computer skills Excellent customer service skills for both in-person and phone interactions Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities Problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills Willingness to use an app-based system for job tracking and parts ordering Ability to work independently and as part of a team Capability to build strong client relationships based on trust and loyalty
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance on customer equipment. Complete break/fix work, tune-ups, installation and repair on large mailing machines. Diagnose issues and provide customer support on-site and via phone Track jobs and parts using an app-based system
