About the role:
In this role, you willrepair and maintain multifunctional printers and copiers, ensuringcustomer satisfaction and equipment reliability. The Digital PrintField Service Technician key responsibilities are: Diagnose andrepair mechanical issues on printers, copiers, and multifunctionaldevices. Provide exceptional customer service while on-site atclient locations. Maintain accurate records of service andinventory. Monitor parts and supply inventory and ensure readinessfor repairs. Comfortable troubleshooting and repairing mechanicalissues on printers, copiers, and multifunctional equipment, withbasic familiarity in network setup being a plus.
