Contents Restoration Lead Technician Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$23.00 – $26.00 per hour

Purpose:

To assist families, companies and disaster victims by safely and properly cleaning, manipulating and managing their content and electronics.

Duties:

Perform content restoration work for residential and commercial properties. Cleaning of customers furniture and household goods using industry standard solutions and equipment. Perform physical labor associated with cleanup activities, packing customer’s contents, general on-location cleaning, and deodorization of facilities. Assists with the inventory of site contents, setup of emergency services equipment, preparing contents for storage, and lifting items into storage. Follow applicable safety rules, regulations, guidelines, policies, and site-specific safety plans. Keep the contents department maintained and organized. Ensure the contents department is clean and visually appealing to customers and visitors. Assure accurate record keeping. Supervise and train contents technicians on procedures, safety, and quality standards. Delegate tasks and manage daily workflow to meet project deadlines. Conduct quality control checks to ensure high standards of restoration.

Requirements:

Must be reliable and punctual. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to operate Ultrasonic equipment as per requirements. Training provided. IICRC certification in Fire & Smoke Restoration (FSRT) or Contents Processing (CPT) preferred. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to communicate with written and verbal skills. Ability to perform all duties and responsibilities that may be asked of you. Willingness to learn and grow. 2+ years of experience in contents restoration or related field. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
