The company I’m employed by is having difficulties finding qualified candidates in the East Coast (Vineland,NJ) so I’m in the process of searching on their behalf. The company is based out of the west coast, so you will have to spend two weeks training on the west coast. Company expenses it all, nothing comes out of your pocket. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience with mechanical assembly and/or repair. Experience with automotive, aviation, and/or heavy equipment (i.e. HVAC, elevators/lifts, or industrial equipment) assembly a plus Experience with precision measuring, down to .001″, using micrometers, bore gauges, gauge blocks, etc. Also, familiarity with torque wrenches and documentation of repairs performed Candidates must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift to 50 lbs., and wear required PPE Must have knowledge of how to use and maintain basic tools, such as torque wrenches and torque specifications Must have experience with following written and verbal work instructions while on-site Excellent communication skills, software knowledge of Google Workspace is a plus A proven track record for the ability to work well with others as part of a dynamic team Ability to learn quickly, is self-motivated and safety oriented Valid Driver’s license required; Class C Commercial Driver’s License preferred MUST be located around the Vineland, NJ area Principals only.
