Position Overview As a Carpet Cleaning and Restoration Technician, you will play a vital role in retaining our valued customers by delivering high-quality restoration and cleaning services. Your work will make a tangible impact by restoring homes and businesses to their best condition.

Qualifications & Experience Education:

High school diploma or GED required.

Experience:

1-3 years of restoration experience preferred.

Skills:

Basic math skills to determine appropriate equipment usage. Proficiency in using computers, email, and mobile reporting tools. Preferred Certifications (IICRC Certified Candidates Highly Desired): Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT)

• preferred but not required.

Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT) Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD) Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician (FSRT) Key Responsibilities Provide restoration services, including mold mitigation and fire & water damage restoration (certification opportunities available). Accurately complete documentation and obtain customer authorizations. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction. Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and company vehicles. Maintain inventory and stock of tools and materials. Keep a detailed daily log and complete work orders. Stay up to date with the latest industry equipment and technology.
