The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration industry, focusing on mold remediation, fire restoration, and water damage restoration. This role requires a hands-on approach to clean, restore, and rebuild affected areas while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. The Restoration Technician will work closely with clients to provide exceptional service during challenging situations. Responsibilities Perform mold remediation and ensure compliance with industry standards. Execute fire restoration tasks including debris removal and structural cleaning. Conduct water damage restoration by assessing damage, extracting water, and drying affected areas. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for restoration tasks. Clean carpets and other surfaces as part of the restoration process. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout all projects. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on progress. Follow safety protocols to protect yourself and others during restoration activities. Experience Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred. Knowledge of mold remediation techniques and fire restoration processes is a plus. Familiarity with water damage restoration practices is essential. Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively. Experience in carpet cleaning is beneficial but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
