We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Service Bench Technician . Based in our Westbury, NY facility, this role reports directly to the Technical Operations Manager and plays a key part in ensuring our equipment remains reliable, clean, and operational for our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform emergency repairs and general preventative maintenance on coffee, beverage dispensing, and vending equipment Evaluate returned equipment to determine the appropriate course of repair Read and interpret equipment schematics to troubleshoot and perform repairs Provide technical support to field service technicians and assist with parts orders and service prep Maintain a clean and organized bench area and adhere to service timelines

Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with tools and a basic understanding of plumbing and electrical systems Ability to read repair schematics and follow technical procedures Strong organizational and communication skills Self-motivated and eager to learn our product lines and equipment Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Able to lift up to 60 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and carrying
