Overview:

Position Summary:

Full-time 7:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday Primary responsibility for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining commercial washers/dryer equipment for assigned accounts. May be responsible for maintenance of more complex equipment as needed.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot mechanical repairs to commercial washers and dryers equipment. Repair equipment. Clean equipment as needed. Maintain stock of parts in assigned Company vehicle and manage inventory. Main assigned Company vehicle. Respond to customer inquiries. Promote customer satisfaction with property manager/customer. Remain current with new equipment and products. Other duties assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent; or 5-7 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong mechanical aptitude.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to handle daily and weekly service tasks utilizing route/dispatch software tools. Ability to read, interpret, and understand documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees. Ability to promptly respond to inquiries or complaints from customers.

Special Requirements, Licenses, or Certificates:
