Field Technician Position Available In Queens, New York

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot POS systems and credit card terminals at various client locations. Provide on-site support and technical assistance to resolve equipment issues. Perform routine maintenance and repair of hardware devices. Conduct testing to ensure proper functioning of equipment. Maintain accurate service records and reports. Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction with service.

Requirements:

Must have a good driving record and a reliable personal vehicle for work purposes. Use of personal car for fieldwork; company reimburses mileage at the IRS rate. Must be bilingual (Arabic and English) to effectively communicate with clients. Ability to work Monday to Saturday, including weekends. Strong technical aptitude and willingness to undergo training. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
