What You’ll Do:
Install & Maintain:
Set up Invisible Fence® Brand pet containment solutions at customer homes and provide troubleshooting and maintenance for existing installations.
Lead Customer Experience:
Educate pet owners on proper system use, answer questions, and deliver outstanding service.
Pet Training:
Guide pets through hands-on training to ensure safe and effective system use.
Sales & Relationship Building:
Offer additional solutions, generate leads, and foster strong customer relationships.
Worksite & Equipment Management:
Maintain a clean, professional workspace and keep tools and equipment in top condition.
Inventory & Reporting:
Track job details, manage inventory, and submit accurate service reports.
Administrative Tasks:
Handle CRM updates, manage paperwork, process payments, and document customer interactions.
Additional Responsibilities:
Other duties as assigned by manager.
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of customer service or hands-on technical experience (installation, maintenance, landscaping, or similar preferred) Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work outdoors, and perform physical tasks (kneeling, crouching, using machinery) Passion for pets and ability to work safely around animals
Work Schedule:
