Restoration Field Technician Position Available In Suffolk, New York

Restoration Field Technician Advanced Restoration Corp. West Babylon, NY 11704 Join Our Team at Advanced Restoration! Are you an experienced Restoration Technician or looking to break into the Restoration Industry? Join our fast-growing, well-established, full-service restoration company based in West Babylon, NY. We provide 24/7 emergency response services to homes and businesses affected by disasters that include water, mold, storm, smoke and fire damage. We are looking for driven, hardworking individuals to grow with us. On the job as well as formal training will be provided, but construction and/or restoration experience is a bonus. Salary will be based on experience but those with a strong work ethic, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, have flexibility and ability to grasp restoration procedures and concepts have the potential for quick advancement. Mechanical and computer experience a plus, as well as Carpentry and demo experience.

Responsibilities:

Responding to emergency calls for water, storm and fire damage restoration Perform water extraction, demolition, drying, and sanitation Operate restoration equipment (dehumidifiers, air movers, etc.) Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments Always ensure job site safety and professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

1+ year of water damage restoration experience (preferred) IICRC Certification (preferred, but not required) Carpentry, demolition, or mechanical experience a plus Strong work ethic and adaptability Basic computer skills a plus Clean and valid NYS Driver’s License and personal transportation Ability to lift at least 50 lbs Willingness to work overtime, weekends and be part of an on-call rotation Professional appearance, positive attitude and team player Must pass a drug screening High school diploma or GED (required)
