Job Description
Restoration Supervisor SERVPRO of North Rensselaer & South Washington Co’s Cambridge, NY 12816 Job description Would you like to work where you’re valued, can learn new skills and techniques and have a great time? As a SERVPRO® Franchise employee, you will receive the following: Full time work with a competitive pay rate Bonuses for mobilizations Health/Dental/Vision insurance 401K plan with generous company match Company sponsored life insurance plan Paid time off and paid holidays On the job training and certifications Substantial career growth potential Additional benefits What you will do: Water extraction, demolition, and cleaning of homes and businesses affected by fire and water damage Supervise restoration technicians and coordinate their activities Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control, this is a labor intensive position Who you are: Effective written and oral communication with basic math and computer skills needed Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred High school diploma/GED IICRC certifications preferred Valid driver’s license Pay Rate Starts at $17.00/hour or more based on experience, with possibility of overtime pay and increases based on merit. All employees of a SERVPRO Franchise are hired by, employed by, and under the sole supervision and control of an independently owned and operated Servpro Franchise.
