We are looking for an experienced and motivated Lead Restoration & Remodeling Technician to join our growing team. This hands-on leadership role involves overseeing restoration and remodeling projects from start to finish, coordinating with team members, clients, and subcontractors. The ideal candidate will bring strong carpentry skills, industry experience, and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a crew in completing both interior and exterior restoration and remodeling work. Report directly to the Project Manager and ensure daily project goals are met. Provide on-site leadership and assist in the training of team members. Perform and oversee framing, insulation, spray sealing, drywall, painting, staining, and finishing work. Install trim, millwork, cabinetry, windows, doors, and ceramic tile. Assist with basic plumbing and electrical repairs. Maintain clear communication and coordination with property owners, insurance representatives, internal staff, and subcontractors. Manage project documentation, including work agreements, material gathering, selections, change orders, punch lists, and completion certificates. Identify and resolve project delays with timely communication and effective execution.

Preferred Experience:

Hands-on experience in remodeling, framing, drywall, painting, and finishing. Familiarity with exterior repairs such as roofing and siding. Prior work involved restoration services and insurance claim coordination. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Previous leadership or crew lead experience preferred.

Skills & Qualifications:

Solid understanding of construction and restoration concepts. Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and email for daily work communication. Physically capable of performing a wide range of tasks. High attention to detail and efficiency in project execution. Professional appearance and demeanor on job sites. Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-service focus. Ability to lead by example and maintain a positive team environment.
