You will be taught the restoration industry with skills you can use anywhere. If you enjoy a primarily first shift job with some overtime this may be the right fit for you. Every day is different. You will meet different customer, different work sites and different work task. We are always looking to train employees to progress within the company. Do you live in Franklin County (or no more than 30 min from our location)? What is On Call? On call is ever other Monday

• Sunday if a service call come in you’d need to respond to our office with in 1 hour to work that service call for after hours.

The services appointment length and frequency various. The average service call is 4 hours long. This is in addition to your primary scheduled work of 8-4:45pm. Therefor if you have worked more than 40 hours in a period you’d have overtime. This also include that if you have a service call come in during your standard work hours but the job can not be finished during working our the on call team stays to finish the work. For new service calls on weekends or 5pm-7am you get a $25 bonus per each new services call when on call. If your not on call and volunteer to help its a $50 bonus per new service call.

Responsibilities:

• Perform restoration and cleaning work on buildings damaged by water, fire, mold ,biohazard or other disasters.
• Standard hour 8-4:45pm Monday
• Friday with every other week on call responsibility for service calls.
• Use hand tools and power tools to remove damaged materials
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.

This includes hand drawn sketches with measurements of building, using IPAD to run programs to track jobs photo, equipment logs, moisture readings etc.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in restoration or construction preferred
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics. Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
• Able to clearly communicate with customer.
• Ability to show leadership on jobsite and hold other employee’s accountable for quality and production rate.

This is often with a team of 2-5 people.

Health Insurance Hazard Pay:

When your in the provided protective equipment in mold, sewage or biohazard jobs for those hours worked your paid time and half rate. Service Call Bonus $25
