Job Description
Disaster Restoration Technician ServiceMaster Emergency Experts Greenville, PA 16125 ServiceMaster Emergency Experts is looking for an energetic and motivated team member to join our growing company, and we would like to fill the position soon. • Opportunities for additional pay include: o On-call bonuses o Project-related bonuses (e.g., PPE required, time of day, location, etc.) Mandatory overnight on-call shift once per month (compensated, including travel time) No previous disaster restoration experience needed. Must be technologically adept and able to quickly learn new computer programs such as Xactimate as well as smartphone apps. Paid training to become an IICRC Certified Water Restoration Technician, along with many other certifications. All employees are trained on how to safely lift and move more than 75 pounds and perform the tasks essential to safely and efficiently repairing customers’ homes after a disaster. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: arriving to work and job sites on time, demolition and removal of debris, completing paperwork, and coordinating with various staff. Benefits include but are not limited to: flexible work schedule, vacation/sick pay, on-call pay rate increase, bonuses and holiday pay. Hourly rate increases to 1.5x for overtime.
