If you want to be part of something epic, now is your time. ~ Position Overview We are looking for highly motivated Water Mitigation Technicians at both the Junior (will train) and Senior (industry experience required) levels. You’ll play a hands-on role in emergency water mitigation, mold remediation, and property restoration. Senior techs will take a lead on jobs and support team development. Junior techs will be trained and fast-tracked for advancement based on performance and attitude. ~ Responsibilities Perform water extraction, structural drying, and equipment setup. Execute demolition, containment, and mold remediation protocols. Complete job documentation via mobile app (training provided). Maintain clean, organized job sites and company vehicles. Communicate with team leads and clients on job status and expectations. Respond to emergency calls and participate in the on-call rotation (Senior Techs). ~

Experience & Skills Senior Technicians:

1-3+ years in water mitigation/restoration IICRC certifications preferred (WRT, ASD, AMRT a plus) Ability to lead crews and communicate effectively with homeowners

Junior Technicians:
