Packout Specialist for Textile Restoration Union Cleaners 7 Eastgate Drive, Monessen, PA 15062 Job Summary The Pack Out Specialist plays a critical role in the textile restoration process by carefully inventorying, packing, transporting, and returning clients textiles (such as clothing, drapery, linens, and soft goods) after damage from fire, water, mold, or other disasters. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to provide excellent customer service during difficult times for our clients. Key Responsibilities Conduct on-site evaluations of damaged textiles and develop a plan for pack out Carefully inventory, photograph, and document all items using company software Safely pack and transport textiles to restoration facility Communicate effectively and empathetically with clients during stressful situations Return restored textiles to clients in a professional manner Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the field and facility Follow all company safety procedures and protocals Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and work in various environments (residential, commercial, fire/water/mold damaged sites) Excellent communication and customer service skills Basic computer skills Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening
