We help homeowners and businesses recover from property damage quickly, safely, and professionally. We’re growing and looking for dependable Restoration Technicians to join our team. Job Description As a Restoration Technician, you’ll assist in responding to emergency calls, performing demolition and cleanup work, and setting up drying and air filtration equipment. You’ll follow IICRC standards and company safety policies to ensure the best outcome for our customers. Responsibilities Extract water using pumps and vacuums Set up, monitor, and remove drying equipment (dehumidifiers, air movers, scrubbers) Perform demolition of affected materials (drywall, flooring, insulation) Clean and restore fire or mold-damaged areas Take moisture readings and document progress in our system Communicate clearly with team members and customers Maintain cleanliness of tools, vehicles, and job sites Wear proper PPE and follow all OSHA and company safety protocols Participate in rotating on-call schedule (nights/weekends/holidays) Requirements High school diploma or GED Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces Good attitude and strong work ethic IICRC WRT, ASD, or AMRT certifications are a plus (we’ll train the right person!)
