Previous experience is a plus, but we will train and certify the right people.

Job Duties Include:

Water, Sewage and/or Fire Damage Cleanup & Extraction Demolition Cleanup Equipment Setup/Take-Down/Removal Contents Pack Up & Move-outs/Move -ins Contents Cleaning Other assignments as required. Participating in rotating on-call schedule – some weekend and evening hours may be necessary in the event of an after-hours emergency

Required Qualifications:

For insurance purposes, must pass criminal background check. Must be dependable with a positive attitude. Ability and willingness to follow directions. Willingness to learn various restoration methods. Clean, professional appearance and demeanor. Demonstrate care and respect for customer and company property and equipment. Ability to work well and get along with co-workers. Ability to lift 75 lbs. Helpful but

Not Required Qualifications:

Previous disaster restoration experience Previous construction labor or other residential or commercial cleaning or building maintenance experience Experience in mold remediation or asbestos abatement license
