Grade A Physical/Chemical Water License Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician III with a Grade A Physical/Chemical Water License to support water treatment operations on-site. This role is vital for ensuring regulatory compliance, maximizing system efficiency, and maintaining customer satisfaction through expert maintenance and service delivery. Key Responsibilities Perform field service operations at customer sites in compliance with safety and environmental standards. Operate and maintain water treatment systems to meet provincial and regulatory water quality standards. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with mechanical and electrical components of water systems. Conduct routine inspections, monitor system performance, and make necessary operational adjustments. Identify and address safety concerns with company and customer equipment. Deliver customer support, including system operation training and compliance reporting. Maintain detailed and accurate service logs, inspection records, and regulatory documentation. Properly manage tools, parts, and service vehicles to ensure readiness and safety. QualificationsEducation & Certification High school diploma or equivalent required. Grade A Physical/Chemical Water License – Mandatory Experience & Skills Minimum of 5 years of hands-on technical experience in water treatment or a related field. Strong mechanical aptitude and critical thinking skills for troubleshooting. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and mobile devices. Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Driving Requirements Must meet all company driving standards, including: Driver Application for Employment Driver Disclosure and Release Drug and Alcohol Screening FMCSA Certificate of Awareness Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle.
