Grade A Physical/Chemical Water License We are seeking a skilled and licensed Field Service Technician witha Grade A physical/chemical water license to perform on-siteservice activities related to water treatment systems. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring regulatorycompliance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfactionthrough safe and effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform field service operations at customer sites, ensuring allactivities comply with health, safety, and environmentalregulations. Operate and maintain water treatment systems in compliance withprovincial water quality standards. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues relatedto water systems. Monitor system performance, perform regular inspections, and makenecessary adjustments to optimize operations. Identify and correct safety hazards in both Company andCustomer-owned equipment. Provide direct customer support and training on system operation,maintenance, and compliance reporting. Maintain accurate service logs, inspection records, and compliancedocumentation. Ensure all service-related tools, parts, and vehicles aremaintained and used properly.
Requirements:
Education & Certification:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Grade A Physical/Chemical Water License – Mandatory.
Experience & Skills:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on technical experience in water treatmentor related field. Strong critical thinking, troubleshooting, and mechanicalaptitude. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile devices. Excellent customer service and communication skills, both writtenand verbal. Ability to work independently and maintain strong attention todetail.

Must be able to sit, stand, walk, hear, and see consistentlythroughout the shift. Capable of lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs. Able to bend, push, pull, climb stairs, and work in variousenvironments (indoor/outdoor). May work in conditions with noise, dust, and uneven surfaces (e.g.,concrete).
