Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot & repair hot side commercial kitchen equipment Perform preventative maintenance, equipment rebuilds, and installations Provide excellent customer service & operator training Maintain accurate service reports via Acumatica Stock and maintain service vehicle Travel throughout SC, NC and Georgia; support on-call rotation
Qualifications:
2+ years hot side foodservice repair experience Strong knowledge of electrical & gas systems Ability to read schematics Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Physically able to lift to 50 lbs. and work on-site Strong communication & computer skills
